John founded Palladium Training and Consultancy Ltd in 1998, after a career in sales and engineering consultancy with British Aerospace, Perkin Elmer and TAB Products. He provides an energetic and enthusiastic approach to people and organisational development.
John has a proven track record of success and the ability to build trust and rapport, with a wide range of people to make a real and tangible difference to an organisation’s performance.
Between 1980 and 1990 he managed a range of engineering projects at British Aerospace, Coltax Aerospace, Hants & Sussex Aviation and the Royal Naval Aircraft Yard at Gosport, Hampshire. In 1990, he became involved in the project management of designing and implementing record management solutions to local government departments. With over 18 years experience in managing, both people and projects, John founded Palladium Training after a short experience with Dale Carnegie Training.
He has a broad experience in the design and delivery of personal skills and management and leadership development programmes. These engage the learner and generate the motivation and commitment to learn and develop. John has worked closely with multi-
