Clarity 4D Effective Customer Service Skills

Overview

• Help customer service teams understand their personal impact.
• Enhance individuals’ and teams self awareness and confidence.
• Appreciate and value the importance of the customer.
• Identify personal and team strengths, areas for development to improve interpersonal intelligence.

Overview
This short programme delivered over two half day seminars, provides a positive and practical experience to help delegates become more effective. It explores self perception and the perception others have of them, whilst enhancing the performance of the team. The approach is fun and interactive, and gives delegates a language and framework to better understand themselves and others, which they can put into practice immediately.

In an ever changing world, service to customers is a critical area of development for all businesses and organisations. Awareness of the customers needs, and in an effort to offer excellence in the 21st century, Palladium have developed a workshop to meet the needs of both Internal and External customers, by highlighting the value of service and ensuring ‘your’ staff are ambassadors of ‘your’ business at all times.

How it Works – Delegates complete an on-line Self-Assessment prior to the programme. The output is a Clarity 4D profile which helps delegates gain a detailed understanding of their personal style, and how this impacts upon their relationships in both personal and professional environments.

Using each delegate’s profile, the programme facilitates an understanding of other personalities, the impact we have on them (especially different styles), our strengths, areas for development and potential blind-spots. With this foundation delegates can reflect and explore ways of improving their communication, influencing and negotiation to enhance communication across departments.
