Enhancing Individual & Team Performance

Enhancing individual and team performance, has been designed to support practicing or potential team leaders and managers who are responsible for overseeing the development and performance of individual team members and the team as a whole.

This module provides the knowledge and skills to competently and confidently develop and lead teams to achieve organisational goals and objectives. It will encourage you to assess the effectiveness of your current performance management process and procedures in measuring team performance, share best practice of high performance teams and critically review your own ability to lead and manage teams.

The key Objectives of this module are:

    • Implement a range of tools and techniques to measure, monitor and enhance individual and team performance.
    • Identify personal learning style and preferred learning methods of self and others.
    • Reflect upon personal motivational factors to improve individual and team motivation.
    • Practice giving positive and constructive feedback to enhance competence and confidence of others.
    • Implement a directive and non-directive delegation technique to get willing cooperation from staff and colleagues.

Delivery and next open module dates

This module is delivered through a blended learning approach combining two full day interactive workshops, one to one coaching and a post module action plan to encourage application of the models, tools and techniques back in the work environment.
