Palladium Training have been an ilm Approved Centre since the formation of the ilm back in 2002.

We are currently accredited to deliver Level’s 3 and 5 National Qualifications in both Leadership and Management.

Level 3 Award in Leadership & Management

The ilm Level 3 Award in Leadership and Management is a nationally recognised qualification that has been specially designed to equip potential and practising team leaders and supervisors with the foundation for their development in this role. The programme does this by developing basic management and leadership skills and assisting delegates in their application of these in the work environment.
