I thoroughly enjoyed the instructors training methods. He used a variety of methods which i felt was excellent considering we had a variety of learners in the group. The training was paced well, and every effort was made to include everyone’s learning style. The variety of topics and the resources used to support the learners were excellent. There was a huge amount of support in helping everyone at every stage of the course.

The style and approach to the topics, it was delivered i a way I found I could easily apply to many scenarios. Content and materials provided were good, the sessions being split to half days are most helpful and the delivery and presentation of each topic very engaging.

The team at Palladium delivered the programme in a professional and well-structured way, with flexible session scheduling that made it easier to attend alongside work commitments. The learning resources were clear and practical, and the facilitator demonstrated strong subject knowledge which helped bring the leadership concepts to life.

The training environment was great and both Helen and John were exceptional. the presentation style, information provided and environment was relaxed and friendly which was conducive to successful learning.
