John Mayne founded Palladium Training and Consultancy Ltd in 1999
After a career in engineering and sales consultancy (British Aerospace & Perkin Elmer), John Mayne progressed into designing and delivering behaviour skills development with Dale Carnegle Training. His belief that ‘Better People make Better Managers and Leaders’ motivated him to set up Palladium Training and Consultancy Ltd.
We continue to design and deliver Leadership and Management development programmes across a wide range of organisations in both the Public and Private Sectors.
Since we opened our doors we have had over 2000 delegates across a range of management levels and market sectors attend an ilm National Qualification or an ilm Endorsed Programme.
As a high performaning team we are proud to have achieved:
- Awarded Direct Claim Status for Level 3 and 5 National Qualifications and our own Endorsed Programmes since June 2014.
- Awarded the ilm Learner of the Year in 2010 (Companies House), 2011 (National Autistic Society) and 2014 (A Schulmans Ltd).
