Leadership success is measured by one thing; the impact you have on the people you lead and interact with. In his book ‘Effective Leadership’ John Adair quotes, ‘You can be appointed a manager, but you are not a leader until your position is ratified in the hearts and minds of the people you lead.’

That is why it is so important to receive 360-degree feedback. We need to know how our actions impact on our direct reports, colleagues, management, customers and suppliers. It is recommended you have your manager initially complete the assessment allowing us to include the feedback in your Personal Development Report. A copy of the report can be shared with both you and your manager.
