Without the supporting evidence, companies risk investing in the wrong people, or missing the potential leaders who will shape the future.

     

    Whilst most organisations currently have a performance management process that identifies the potential to lead and readiness for a broader role or capability to step into the next level, Palladium offer a range of assessments that give you a greater insight into future leadership capability. These are:

    Situational Leadership Assessment

    The Situational Leadership methodology is based on the relationship between leaders and team members and provides a framework to analyse each situation based on the performance readiness level that a team member exhibits in performing a specific task, function or objective. Whilst there is no single way to lead, this assessment identifies your natural leadership style and those leadership styles that require further development.

    Total cost to complete our Situational Leadership Assessment is £89 which includes one to one with Tutor Consultant.

    Using one or a combination of the above assessments this will provide an objective insight into a person’s strengths, gaps and future capability, so you can identify potential early, evaluate readiness for future roles and make development and succession decisions with confidence. These will also give participants insight into their skills, personality, behaviours and motivation to lead.

    Personal Profiling

    Clarity4D is an international personality and behavioural profiling system. It uses a simple, color-coded language to help individuals understand their communication styles, working preferences, and strengths to improve personal and team performance. The framework blends the ancient Greek concept of the four elements (Fire, Water, Air, Earth) with the psychological theories of Carl Jung. It maps personalities across four distinct “colour energies,” with the premise that we all possess a mix of each but lean heavily toward one or two.

    Functional Leadership Assessment

    John Adair’s Functional Leadership Model (also called Action-Centred Leadership) isa simple framework showing what leaders must do to succeed. Represented by three overlapping circles, it states that a leader must balance three core areas: achieving the Task, building the Team, and developing the Individual. Action-Oriented: The assessment focuses on what a leader does rather than their natural bias. It therefore raises self-awareness to ensure all three core areas are in-balance.
