Becoming an effective and inspiring leader requires balancing competence with emotional intelligence, focusing on building trust, setting a clear vision, and empowering others. Key actions include cultivating self-awareness, practicing active listening, acting with integrity, and coaching team members rather than just commanding them. Inspiring leaders foster belonging and motivate teams to achieve shared goals.
It also provides the foundation for those who would like to gain a formal qualification and achieve the ilm Unit Qualification.
This module is delivered through a blended learning approach consisting of two full-day interactive workshops, 22nd & 29th April. One to one coaching and personal action plans to encourage application of the models, tools and techniques back in the work environment.
