Creative thinking makes problem solving fun. This module provides the tools and techniques to substantially enhance personal performance in both creative thinking and solving problems. It will illustrate how to solve problems through practical exercises and team work. At the end of the module, delegates will have a tool kit and self confidence to facilitate a seven step problem solving model and generate innovative ideas and solutions to problems.
It also provides the foundation for those who would like to gain a formal qualification and achieve the ilm Unit Qualification.
