Communicating with Clarity

Today we have to learn to cope with constant changing work pressures and demands, whilst delivering effective results and customer satisfaction. A one fit approach or style tends to be less effective as you find yourself managing different situations and different people. The aim of the Communicating with Clarity module is to explore a range of styles and provide a selection of tools and techniques that underpin a flexible approach, delivering results with and through people.

It also provides the foundation for those who would like to gain a formal qualification and achieve the ilm Unit Qualification.

The Communicating with Clarity is delivered through a full day interactive workshop using a blended learning approach. A post workshop action plan encourage application of the models, tools and techniques back in the work environment.
