For those that want to deliver presentations more effectively, in person or through the medium of video conferencing. This short programme is popular with team leaders, project managers, marketing professionals and all levels of management.
Presentations are a highly effective medium of communication used with colleagues, project teams, management and customers. This programme will provide delegates with the opportunity to practice the preparation and delivery of both formal and informal presentations. It is designed to enhance basic presentation skills, improving self confidence and assisting delegates to create a more professional impact.
Delegates will be given a systematic method for ensuring that their presentations are effective and achieve the necessary objectives. All presentations will be positively and constructively critiqued by both peer group and tutors, and video feedback will also be provided if required.

Planning a professional presentation – Delegates are taken through a range of tools and techniques and are given a systematic method for ensuring that their presentations are effective and achieve the necessary objectives.
Making the right impact – Delegates deliver a range of informal and formal presentations which are positively and constructively critiqued by both peer group and tutors. Video feedback will also be provided to enhance personal confidence.
Reviewing own ability to deliver professional presentation – Delegates review their own ability in delivering a range of informal and formal presentations using feedback from their audience and peer group and define a self development plan to enhance personal performance in this competency.
ilm Accreditation and Certification (Optional)
Delegates have the option for an additional fee per person to achieve ilm Level 3 or 5 Unit Accreditation and Certification, by submitting the required assignment.
