Palladium Training have been an ilm Approved Centre since the formation of the Institute of Leadership and Management back in 2002. We are currently accredited to deliver Level’s 2, 3 and 5 National Qualifications in both Leadership and Management.

Palladium’s Leadership & Management ilm Endorsed programmes provide a very different learning experience to that of ilm National Qualifications.

You can choose from three open programmes delivered to a mix of managers from various organisations, or create your own programme (depending on the group’s development needs), which is then delivered to a selected group of managers within your own organisation. A combination of experiential and action learning create the environment to address both behaviours and attitudes, whilst making a measurable difference for the organisation. Assessment is through a combination of Personal Action Plans and a Making a Difference Project, rather than written assignments.

Should the ‘open’ programmes not suit the training needs of your organisation, Palladium will design a tailor-made in-company solution specific to your requirements. We specialise in designing bespoke development programmes and learning events to support organisations’ strategies and values. We work in partnership with you to design and implement solutions that provide measurable results.

Once you have completed both Self-Assessments, we will create your Personal Development Report, which will help us to identify which areas of Leadership and Management would be most beneficial for you to explore further. One of our tutor’s will be in contact with you to arrange a one-to-one to discuss your Report and the most appropriate Palladium pathway and suitable qualifications available.

Undertaking an ilm National Qualification at any level can be a challenging experience. Attending the required workshops, ideally in the planned sequence is normally a good starting point. However, if this is not possible due to work commitments or other personal pressures, please discuss your options with the Tutor or our Business Support. We can normally accommodate any changes, even at short notice.

To further support all delegates our tutors offer one-to-one coaching and tutorials to embed learning, application, action plans and assignments.

Learners complete an on-line Clarity4D Personality Profile either prior to attending a Module or for Personal Individual use. The output is a personal profile which helps Learners gain a detailed understanding of their personal style, and how this impacts upon their relationships in both personal and professional environments. Using each learners profile, the module facilitates an understanding of other personalities, the impact we have on them (especially different styles), our strengths, areas for development and potential blind-spots. With this foundation delegates can reflect and explore ways of improving their communication, influencing and negotiation to enhance communication across departments.
