Bespoke In - Company Training Programmes

As a passionate leadership and management training provider, should the ‘open’ programmes not suit the training needs of your organisation, Palladium will design a bespoke in-company training programmes specific to your requirements.

We specialise in designing and delivering leadership and management development programmes and team building experiences to support organisations’ strategies and values. We work in partnership with you to design and implement solutions that provide measurable results.

In addition, there are two options upon completing the Bespoke In-Company Training Programme.

First, delegates have the option to work towards the ilm Level 3 or 5 Qualification in Leadership and Management qualification.

Second option, delegates are challenged to make a difference through individual innovative change or continuous improvement projects, and provide feedback to their peer and management group. Previous projects have focused on reducing supplier costs, improving productivity or output, improving business systems or process efficiency, increasing sales revenue, improving customer care and reducing operating costs. These projects also provide a real work environment for delegates to implement the tools and techniques, embed their learning, and demonstrate their competence and confidence in a leadership role.
