The Clarity4D unique personal profiles incorporate a coaching workbook, behavioural model and psychometric tool based on the work of Carl Jung. Clarity4D has strong links to performance delivery and, linked to the four elements of the Ancient Greeks and the energies of Fire, Water, Air and Earth, the profiles use colour to identify the four personality types.
