Effectively Leading Change
Transforming Managers to Effectively Lead!
The Effectively Leading Change Programme has been designed to develop the competence and confidence of practicing or potential Managers to innovate and implement change and/or improvements. Making the right impact and winning the hearts and minds of those involved are key factors to how this is conducted.
The programme provides an intensive introduction to the world implementing and managing change and focusing on achieving results with and through

implementation of a change/improvement project that makes a difference for the organisation.

Effective Project Leadership
Most organisations need to assemble project teams quickly to manage constantly changing customer and market demands. A cohesive and motivated project team is essential if projects are to achieve their objectives. Whilst organisations normally have a basic Project Management process, what they lack is project leaders with the right level of ‘soft’ management skills.
The effective project manager is required to balance their time between defining, planning, managing, coaching, influencing and motivating individuals, whilst ensuring all key stakeholders contribute to delivering the agreed objectives on-time and within budget. These needs are constantly interacting upon each other.
This programme is designed to provide an intensive introduction to the world of delivering projects through effective people management, and is highly practical. The return on investment starts the minute the delegate re-enters their working environment.
Programme Preparation – It is recommended delegates identify an actual work-based project that is in its early stages or requires to be implemented, which they can bring to the programme. This will allow them to practice the skills and attitudes to effectively lead and deliver a project.
Delivery
This programme is delivered through a blended learning approach of four half-day at Palladium Training, face-to-face Seminars. Action Plans and one to one e-coaching to support implementation back in the workplace. Between Seminars, delegates will have the opportunity to implement the coaching tools and techniques back in the work environment, reflect on their experiences and share experiences with their peer group at subsequent Seminars.
Due to commence – 27th February (9.15am – 12.30pm) delivered at Palladium Training, (Ystrad Mynach).
