Interpersonal Intelligence

Why is it most of us get on well with 80% of people, whilst 20% annoy and frustrate us? The Interpersonal Intelligence module provides a positive and practical experience to help delegates become more effective. It explores self perception and the perception others have of them, whilst enhancing the self awareness and personal performance. The approach is fun and interactive, and gives delegates a language and framework to better understand themselves and others, which they can put into practice immediately.

This module is delivered through the one full day workshop and includes a Clarity4D Personal Profile. A post workshop action plan, encourages application of the tools and techniques back in the work environment, enhancing competence and confidence.
