LEAD Management Programme
LEAD Management Programme provides an intensive introduction to the world of people management, focusing on achieving results with and through people. The programme is highly practical – the return on investment starts the minute the delegate re-enters their working environment. Two key features of the programme are the opportunity each delegate has to work with a personal coach to maximise personal effectiveness back in the workplace, and the implementation of a change/improvement project that makes a difference for the organisation.
In addition, delegates have the option to work towards the ilm Level 3 or 5 Qualification in Leadership and Management qualification.
The LEAD Management programme is delivered through a combination of six modules, delivered onine (ZOOM) over 12 half days, commencing at 9.15am and concluding at 12.30pm.
- Module 1 – Interpersonal Intelligence 16th & 23rd September 2026
- Module 2 – Personal Effectiveness 30th September & 7th October 2026
- Module 3 – Becoming an Effective Leader 14th & 21st October 2026
- Module 4 – Communicating with Clarity 28th October & 4th November 2026
- Module 5 – Enhancing Personal & Team Performance 11th & 18th November 2026
- Module 6 – Resolving Conflict & Holding people Accountable 25th November & 9th December 2026
